Key responsibilities & impact

partner closely with the automation portfolio team, technical developers (data science and IT), segment product and operations teams to build AI capabilities across business lines

lead development and maintenance of the CenterWell AI roadmap, spearheading cross-segment pilots
conduct market research to stay current on AI advancements in healthcare
collaborate across the AI landscape on use cases where traditional AI/ML, automation and generative AI approaches are used together to form cohesive solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years in AI/ML product management, technical solution development, or related fields, with demonstrated progression in scope and impact
5+ years of people management expertise, including building and developing product or technical teams
Strong technical foundation in AL/ML technologies, including understanding of different model types, training and evaluation approaches, and product deployment considerations
Experience driving organizational change and AI adoption, building stakeholder engagement and trust in AI-driven tools
Track record of navigating AI governance, model validation and regulatory considerations, with awareness of healthcare specific requirements
Proven product leadership combining strong technical judgement with business acumen – able to evaluate AI opportunities, manage complex roadmaps, translate technical capabilities into value, and balance visionary thinking with validation.
