About the role
- Own clinical products (including EMR enhancements, patient engagement tools, and workflow optimization solutions)
- Ensure task completion, meet deadlines, represent the product in meetings, and maintain documentation
- Provide updates, align with stakeholders and customers, communicate clearly, take accountability, and adapt as needed
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to investigate customer needs, research and propose solutions, engage in cross-functional collaboration, and clarify business objectives
- Act as the voice of the customer to align team tasks with organizational goals and lead external partnerships
- Set goals and KPIs for product launches, define product roadmaps, and communicate updates to senior leaders
- Develop business requirements and user stories, drive product launches with cross-functional teams, and proactively resolve blockers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare
- 3+ years of Product Owner Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Primary Care
- 1+ years of experience with Athena
