Convey product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog

Understand the Traditional Mail Order operating system and how it integrates with other applications to provide the best outcome for the business
Maximize value of product created by Agile team
Collaborate with partners and the development team to ensure that the development team builds the right product, in the right order, within budget and meets the deadline
Be a primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making
Begin to influence department's strategy
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and perform work without direction
Exercise considerable latitude in determining goals and approaches to assignments

Requirements

Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies
Experience in IT business analysis to include artifacts development
Previous product and project management experience
Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments
Facilitate cross-functional teams' efforts
Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities; organized and detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with concurrent deadlines
Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Jira Align
Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner / Product Manager (If you do not already have the certification, you will obtain it within 6 months of hire)
Experience working in agile/scrum methodology environments to include user story writing, grooming, refinement, sprint planning etc. to deliver high-quality product solutions improving team velocity and speed to market
Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
