About the role

  • Own the CenterWell Medical Group digital product by defining and communicating a clear vision and roadmap, and driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals and healthcare trends
  • Lead the integration and optimization of key platform components, including athenahealth’s EMR and the Genesys telephony system, to support clinical workflows, care coordination, patient communications, and call center operations
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless interoperability across EMR, telephony, and other digital tools, enabling a cohesive and efficient care delivery experience
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions that meet the needs of patients and providers
  • Leverage user research, analytics, and clinical insights to guide product decisions, enhance care delivery, and optimize the overall platform experience
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success, communicate progress to senior leadership, and adapt to evolving priorities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while embedding safety, equity, and quality into all aspects of the product.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Health Informatics, Business)
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead role, ideally in digital health or virtual care
  • Hands-on experience with electronic medical records (preferably athenahealth) and telephony platforms (such as Genesys), including integration, optimization, and support for clinical and operational workflows
  • Proven ability to define and deliver product roadmaps using Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and leading agile ceremonies
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations
  • Demonstrated success using data, user research, and clinical insights to guide product decisions, improve outcomes, and track key KPIs (e.g., roadmap delivery, feature adoption, NPS, care gap closure)
  • Excellent collaboration skills with clinicians, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, and strong communication abilities to influence senior leadership and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S. to support product initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
