About the role
- Provide leadership and organizational management for primary care teams
- Interview, hire, and supervise clinical teams
- Conduct weekly onsite center visits and meetings
- Engage in market performance meetings on key topics
- Foster a patient-centered and value-based clinical vision
- Monitor and manage patient care initiatives and performance indicators
- Collaborate with operational leaders on strategic planning
- Maintain communication to align on performance and strategies
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school (MD/DO)
- Current medical license
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Minimum five years of experience in outpatient practice with clinical experience in primary care and value-based care
- Minimum three years of experience successfully leading clinicians in a leadership role
- Skilled in use of clinical technology platforms and resources
