About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Managing, developing, coordinating and conducting training following best practice for suicide prevention
Responsible for development and oversight of new hire training
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
Responsible for collection of data
Demonstrates high level of clinical knowledge and skill in providing call/chat/text clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to contacts
Facilitates bi-weekly skills building sessions, staff trainings and staff development functions
Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in mental health or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist for at least 2 years is required
Master’s degree preferred
Three years of relevant experience is preferred
One year of experience in the field of mental health, mental health trauma, or crisis management and suicide prevention is required
