About the role
- Managing, developing, coordinating and conducting training following best practice for suicide prevention
- Responsible for development and oversight of new hire training
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
- Responsible for collection of data
- Demonstrates high level of clinical knowledge and skill in providing call/chat/text clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention to contacts
- Facilitates bi-weekly skills building sessions, staff trainings and staff development functions
- Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with all accreditation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mental health or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist for at least 2 years is required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Three years of relevant experience is preferred
- One year of experience in the field of mental health, mental health trauma, or crisis management and suicide prevention is required
