About the role
- Provide direct supervision for an outpatient Substance Use Disorders Treatment Team
- Oversee the entire range of outpatient treatment services including IOP and other groups, Peer services, Therapy, Case Management
- Manage daily operations, ensure quality care, and provide supervision for 8-10 staff
- Meet key performance indicators and monitor outcomes
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work required
- LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A required
- Actively working towards 4-letter license by meeting supervision requirements and scheduling exam, as appropriate
