About the role
- Provides guidance and support on organizational legal issues
- Writes, reviews, and advises on legal contracts and agreements
- Represents the organization in legal matters
- Researches and analyzes laws and regulations for clients
- Gathers evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions
- Negotiates and drafts customer and vendor agreements
- Coordinates with internal and external experts, including external counsel
- Acts as an advisor to the leadership team
- Establishes scalable contracting processes and templates
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff

- Must be licensed in one of our operating states (TN, IN, IL, MO, KS, GA, FL)
