About the role
- Provides person-centered assistance to clients in the development of life skills and personal goals.
- Coordinates client care with multidisciplinary team.
- Assists clients in connecting to community resources.
- Provides crisis intervention/prevention to clients and their families.
Requirements
- Clinical licensure eligible
- Master's degree required
- Two years professional experience working directly with youth and families in a child welfare, school, childcare, criminal justice behavioral health or related setting preferred.
