Operations Liaison

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee iLIFE operations in NC programs
- Manage payroll process including timesheet entry
- Ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Onboard clients and workers for all programs
- Manage billing and invoicing
- Produce reporting as needed
- Advise management on trends and issues
- Manage program inbox and timely responses.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in payroll or accounting
- Minimum of two years human services operations or related experience
- Understanding of long-term care, disabilities, Medicaid, managed care, and/or Medicare
- Accountability & Dependability

- Teamwork.
