About the role

  • Conduct frequent HR systems audit to ensure data integrity of the HR information for analysis, reporting and decision making
  • Ensure correct and timely entries are made in the HR system for operations team alignments, department headcount, recruiting new hires, employee salaries, incentives, benefits changes and payroll staff movement
  • Run comparison reports against various information systems for reconciliation and consistency of people information
  • Develop and implement automated processes and systems for efficient management of the Disciplinary Process (linking corrective action forms, referrals, sanctions, reporting)
  • Increase automation of the Leave Management system and create self-service tiers
  • Increase automation of the Health Management process and develop self-service aspects for updating records
  • Develop a process/system to manage job letters and employee personnel requests
  • Assist with information for client audits, ensuring employee contracts and history are uploaded and retrievable in the HR system
  • Review and validate employee personal information and demographics to facilitate WFM reporting and transportation arrangements
  • Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports
  • Develop HRIS KPIs and performance metrics to produce correct, timely and useful information and track application issues
  • Perform application upgrades and provide training and technical support
  • Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
  • Perform statistical analysis on HRIS data and run queries
  • Consult with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs
  • Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in HRIS

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an IT or HRIS Analyst or similar role
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
  • 2 years minimum experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an HRIS Analyst
