Executive Assistant

• Serve as the President’s primary point of contact
• Manage a complex calendar for the President
• Manage the President’s accountabilities regarding book promotion
• Support the Managing Director’s work related to the President’s schedule
• Support hosting Zoom meetings, data entry, and small events
• Take notes in weekly staff meetings
• Process credit card statements
• Support staff reimbursements
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Handle mailings for the President
• Assist with on-site logistics for lobbying events
• Assist with planning virtual and in-person meetings
