About the role
- Lead field-building research program (REACH) and coordinate across projects
- Develop annual research agenda and support project managers with research methods
- Ensure alignment and cohesion across research projects
- Promote collaboration and manage external partnerships
- Evaluate project impact and support learning agendas
Requirements
- Strategic thinker comfortable with day-to-day work's details and bigger picture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders
- Experience managing projects and familiarity with project management tools
- Experience in leading long-term projects (12+ months)
- Understanding of demographic and civic participation research preferred
