About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Use play, games, and evidence-based strategies to help children build communication, social, and life skills
- Deliver sessions in a child’s home, company centers, community settings, and remote environments
- Follow personalized plans designed by clinical leaders
- Support children in achieving communication, social, and life-skill milestones
- Bring energy and compassion to each session
- Complete required training and documentation
- Work flexibly in an on-the-go role with varied daily activities
- Frequently sit and stand while keeping pace with the client
- Drive to client-related locations as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months of experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Telehealth/virtual experience preferred
- Flexible availability, especially Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays
- Proof of MMR, Varicella, and COVID vaccinations
- Reliable transportation
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Willingness to complete training and documentation
- Ability to frequently sit and stand while keeping pace with the client
