About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
- Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
- Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
- Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility under support from senior clinicians
- Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
- Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
- Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
- Collaborate with Training and Operations teams
- Help children reach meaningful developmental milestones through consistent, compassionate care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, Pediatric Therapy, or a closely related field
- Either 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services; or 1+ year of related experience plus 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis; or BCaBA
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
- Proof of MMR, Varicella, and COVID vaccinations as mandated in California
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Pursuing or planning to pursue a degree or certification in ABA or a related field
- Ability to provide services across home, school, center, and community settings
