Key responsibilities & impact- Designs and supervises evidence-based mental health services and programs
- Facilitates social skill groups and provides supervision to Behavior Specialists
- Evaluates the performance of direct reports
- Maintains productivity margin assigned by the supervisor
- Responsible for educating families on scheduling and clinical importance
- Monitors cancellations and offers make-up sessions
- Maintains appropriate progress notes for billing
- Completes necessary documentation including session notes
- Gathers caregiver signatures as required
