About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end management of operational technology projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and client service teams, to define project deliverables and milestones
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize client interactions
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve project roadblocks
Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices
Learn and operate platforms based on the needs of both existing and newly developed technology
Provide technical understanding, training, and support to operations teams
Provide ongoing technical support for current and newly created platforms
Support Salesforce development as well as mobile and web-based application development

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Salesforce development and platform management
Familiarity with mobile and/or web application development
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Understanding of AI-driven processes and client service platforms is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
