About the role

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration and implementation of various HR processes
  • Payroll and Benefits Processes
  • Handles employee relations issues, grievances, and conducts investigations
  • Administers recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Supports the drafting of proposed human resources policies
  • Generates and maintains HR information in HRIS, ATS, and Payroll system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university
  • 5-7 Years related work experience
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, wage & hour laws, compensation, benefits, and payroll regulations
  • Proficient and experienced using Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and mediation skills
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and capable of handling confidential information with integrity
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
