About the role
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and implementation of various HR processes
- Payroll and Benefits Processes
- Handles employee relations issues, grievances, and conducts investigations
- Administers recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supports the drafting of proposed human resources policies
- Generates and maintains HR information in HRIS, ATS, and Payroll system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or university
- 5-7 Years related work experience
- Strong working knowledge of employment law, wage & hour laws, compensation, benefits, and payroll regulations
- Proficient and experienced using Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and mediation skills
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and capable of handling confidential information with integrity
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
