About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides strategic and operational leadership for Hematologic and Oncologic services in Central Florida.
Ensures high-quality, equitable care aligned with Nemours’ mission.
Oversees the management of service delivery, compliance, innovation, integration, and consistency of services across inpatient, ambulatory, and infusion services.
Establishes and manages a cohesive administrative and operational infrastructure for the cross-disciplinary service line.
Develops and implements business plans to support the growth and financial success of the service line and specific service line initiatives.
Identifies opportunities to improve the patient and family service experience and assures patient and associate safety.
Establishes collaborative relationships with various departments and leaders in Central Florida and across the Nemours Foundation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s Degree required. Master of Business Administration or Master of Health Administration preferred.
A minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience in hospital or healthcare is required. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated success in a large, high-growth pediatric healthcare system. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical operations, team development, and strategic program expansion within complex, multidisciplinary environments.
