About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion interfaces and related integration solutions across both business and clinical systems.
  • Lead the resolution of complex technical issues through advanced debugging, research, and investigation.
  • Support nearly 300 integrations across Fusion HCM, Financials, SCM, and PPM.
  • Play a critical role in supporting HCM benefits administration, Financials period close activities, and timely issue resolution.
  • Understand Nemours’ custom solutions designed to meet complex business requirements and act as the technical lead for troubleshooting and resolving complex integration issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's Degree required. A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area, during which both technical and professional capabilities have been clearly demonstrated is required.
  • Application specific certifications must be acquired and maintained.
  • OIC Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform and knowledge of best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, REST/SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
  • Oracle SaaS Experience: Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM, or SCM integrations.
  • Tools: Familiarity with Oracle BI Publisher and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
