Instructional Designer II
Center for Health Care StrategiesInstructional Designer developing effective learning experiences that enable associates to adopt clinical/business applications at Nemours Children's Health. Designing training materials and leading instructional design projects.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently analyzing learning needs and designing, developing, and delivering effective learning experiences
- Deliver instruction to individuals and groups in a variety of formats
- Perform all facets of instructional design process—analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Maintain records of instructional development and training activities
- Participate as SME and primary writer in projects for software applications
- Manage designated projects, review deliverables, and communicate with project team
- Act as a consultant to clients seeking learning solutions and recommend appropriate educational strategies
- Maintain application certification(s) to provide support to internal technical analysts and end users
- Support and respond to questions regarding learning systems and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Educational Media, Instructional Design or related field required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience required
- Certification in Epic electronic medical record application is preferred
