About the role
- Collaborate with senior management to plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of systems and services.
- Identify and coordinate system updates, changes, and enhancements to support clinical information and meet business needs while maintaining system and data integrity.
- Facilitate the installation and implementation of hardware equipment between IT, patient care, and business process teams.
- Prepare charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submit recommendations for solutions.
- Manage and coordinate team tasks.
- Facilitate the maintenance of issue lists, documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, and weekly status reports to appropriate Leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare setting required.
- Prior Nursing, Clinical experience, Healthcare Operations or IT experience required.
- Strong software and application knowledge required.
- Applications specific certifications as required.
- Certification in Epic module or relevant bedside technologies as required to support the application is required after hire.
- If an RN or other Clinical Provider must maintain that license.
- Project Management experience preferred.
