About the role
- Work closely with market insights teams to uncover customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and purchase decision drivers—transforming data and qualitative feedback into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrate intense curiosity and expertise in product features, capabilities, and emerging industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers.
- Advocate for the customer in every project, ensuring their pain points, perspectives, and aspirations shape product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Transform complex product details into compelling, differentiated narratives that win the hearts and minds of target audiences, fuel campaigns, and drive product adoption.
- Develop, execute, and maintain clear product positioning and messaging frameworks in line with brand frameworks and rooted in both market research and customer empathy.
- Capture and amplify the authentic voice of the customer through methods like advisory boards, interviews, and engagement metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ combined experience in integrated and product marketing in B2B environments.
- Learning and development industry experience a plus.
- Proven ability to create compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and stands out in the market.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional product launches and enablement initiatives.
- Embraces early adoption of new technologies and applies AI tools to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Highly collaborative, persuasive, and influential across global and cross-functional teams.
- Highly analytical and creative problem solver: Proactive in identifying challenges, synthesizing data and customer insights, and driving innovative, actionable solutions to meet business and market needs.
- Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities; comfortable balancing quantitative rigor with qualitative nuance.
