About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Solicit residential first mortgages through contacts with Realtors, builders, and developers
- Interview loan applicants and make credit decisions
- Analyze financial data to determine creditworthiness
- Collect appropriate documentation from each applicant and deliver loan package in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer service while managing applicants' expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Equivalent to a four year college degree
- 4 years related experience and/or training
- 2 years related management experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business articles
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
- Ability to solve practical problems in varying situations
- No supervision required
