About the role
- Drives the development and execution of strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience and compliance
- Oversee the Project Management Office for the PHCO organization
- Oversee the implementation of operational excellence initiatives, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes
- Analyze and optimize operational processes using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational initiatives
- Lead and mentor teams in operational excellence practices
- Build a high-performing team and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities
- Develop and implement reporting systems to track operational performance and present findings to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in a related field preferred
- 10+ years healthcare operations experience required
- Six Sigma and deep operational experience preferred
- Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, managing workload and performance required
- Large-scale experience within environments regulated by state and federal agencies preferred.
