About the role
- Design and implement programs, policies, and practices to support State and Federal program contract compliance
- Represent Regulatory Change Management Compliance at meetings with Senior Leadership
- Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
- Identify impact of regulatory changes to the Company and coordinate necessary impact notifications
- Serve as a point of contact for Compliance, Operational and Health Plan partners
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory change management
- Oversee and monitor implementation efforts for state or federal regulatory changes
- Support the Regulatory Change Management state and federal level internal reporting responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Compliance or related field required
- Juris Doctor degree preferred
- 4+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience within employment or HR required
- Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects required
