About the role

  • Design and implement programs, policies, and practices to support State and Federal program contract compliance
  • Represent Regulatory Change Management Compliance at meetings with Senior Leadership
  • Conduct routine monitoring and analysis of local, state, and federal regulatory requirements
  • Identify impact of regulatory changes to the Company and coordinate necessary impact notifications
  • Serve as a point of contact for Compliance, Operational and Health Plan partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory change management
  • Oversee and monitor implementation efforts for state or federal regulatory changes
  • Support the Regulatory Change Management state and federal level internal reporting responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Compliance or related field required
  • Juris Doctor degree preferred
  • 4+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience within employment or HR required
  • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects required
