About the role
- Directs the organization with critical information for fact-based decisions
- Leads staff in gathering business requirements and completing reporting solutions
- Manages day-to-day functions of business and reporting analysts
- Analyzes reports and makes recommendations/explanations
- Designs and builds utilization management dashboards/reports/models
- Works with internal report production teams to evaluate performance
- Identifies and manages outside vendor relationships
- Collaborates with other teams to produce desired reporting
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting business departments required
- 5+ years of experience in marketing/customer database analytics required
- 3+ years of management experience required
- Senior leadership experience in HEDIS Operations reporting and analytics preferred
- Preferred SAS Certified Base Programmer Credential.
