💰 $107,700 - $199,300 per year

About the role

  • responsible for driving the product performance function for assigned products across multiple lines of business
  • serve as the primary contact for new product implementations and expansion of existing product lines
  • develop policies and procedures and execute the specific business plan for new and existing products
  • oversee the review of product performance, the analysis of the performance of products, and the coordination of product improvement initiatives
  • Monitor and manage commercial product portfolio performance for the segment(s)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years of experience leveraging analysis to develop and manage initiatives to improve financial performance required
  • 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required
  • Experience Preferred: Prior experience in managed care or the healthcare industry
  • Prior experience using analysis tools or systems (ex. web based, custom, proprietary, etc.)
  • Experience in the implementation of new programs and products
