- Responsible for the ideation and execution of the ICHRA strategy
- Collaborates with multiple disciplines across the enterprise
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic plan
- Builds strong cross-functional relationships to carry out key projects

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Finance or related field required.
- 8+ years experience in strategy, product management, or consulting experience in the Healthcare, Insurance, or financial service industry required.
