Oversees all labor management activities of FTEs, contractors, and fixed fee resources
Forecasts all labor changes monthly and maintains a detailed labor tracker
Monitors actuals vs forecast each month and provides monthly updates to leadership
Manages and administers ServiceNow reporting
Supports process efficiency and coaches stakeholders on effective labor management practices
Facilitates the portfolio management processes to ensure strategic alignment on technologies and goals
Develops and monitors reporting metrics and portfolio dashboards
Creates visibility into areas struggling with scope, schedule, resources, or budget
Contributes to the development, management and optimization of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies
Facilitates resource and budget planning with the IT teams on new demands
Identifies dependencies and critical paths
Improves and streamlines the portfolio and project lifecycle
Identifies and resolves problems before they escalate
Analyzes project risk profile and balance at the portfolio level
Contributes to capacity planning for resource needs and scheduling
Develop and maintain processes to facilitate integrated project scoping
Maintain departmental work process for IT controls
Analyze demand data to identify and report on trends

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 – 6 years of related experience
One or more of the following skills are desired:
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Data Analysis
Knowledge of IT hardware/software assets and applications
Knowledge of JIRA
Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
