About the role
- responsible for driving the product performance function for assigned products across multiple lines of business
- serve as the primary contact for new product implementations and expansion of existing product lines
- develop policies and procedures and execute the specific business plan for new and existing products
- oversee the review of product performance and the analysis of the performance of products
- coordinate product improvement initiatives
- monitor and manage commercial product portfolio performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of experience leveraging analysis to develop and manage initiatives to improve financial performance required
- 3+ years of supervisory/management experience required
- Prior experience in project management, implementations, finance, data analysis, or actuarial services preferred
- Experience in healthcare administration and/or managed care preferred
