About the role
- Design, implement and maintain training resources
- Evaluate, propose and create training programs supporting customer service, technical process documentation, operational systems, and e-learning development
- Design and implement instructional strategies that support learning and performance within functional teams
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop learning strategies
- Create and implement learning, virtual simulations and assessments on approved platforms in online environment
- Outline and deliver timely training project plans
- Oversee maintenance of training resources and support sites
- Develop instruments to assess individual change in knowledge, skills and quality results
- Conduct reviews of training program objectives and recommend modifications
- Research current industry trends and incorporate related updates into curriculum
- Facilitate training as needed to support operational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of corporate or business curriculum design or training development experience
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies
- Experience designing online curriculums in adult learning settings
- Articulate Storyline/Adobe Captivate experience
- SharePoint; Cornerstone Learning Management and Q-Mindshare experience preferred
- Healthcare industry and project management experience preferred
- Preferred advanced knowledge in AI powered tools, Instructional Design, Data-Driven Decision Making and Value Based Healthcare
