About the role
- Drive product performance, gather and interpret customer insights, and support the Product Manager in executing strategic product initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs effectively and align with business objectives
- Identify trends and patterns to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to track product performance metrics
- Lead experience and technical discovery sessions, including co-creation workshops and prototyping activities
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- Requires 4 – 6 years of related experience
- Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position
