About the role
- Leads the strategy and execution of technology solutions to support clinical operations
- Oversees the implementation, integration, and ongoing support of clinical systems
- Ensures that technology effectively enables clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
- Partners with senior leaders to ensure successful product launch, execution, and support for technology solutions
- Leads complex projects and technical innovation activities in collaboration with cross functional leaders
- Documents integration processes, workflows, and system configurations
- Continuously monitors the performance of integrated systems, identifies areas for improvement, and optimizes system performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience required
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of system architecture, integration technologies, and relevant programming languages required
- 6+ years of experience ability to analyze complex technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and develop effective solutions required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and end-users required
- Ability to manage integration projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines required
- Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs required
