About the role
- Supports the oversight of activities managed by the infrastructure technical platform team while adhering to agile practices
- Works closely with Product/Platform Owners to ensure that team members are working on the highest priority work items defined within their respective roadmaps
- Provides hands-on coaching to support the adoption of agile practices and identifying opportunity areas for continuous improvement
- Facilitates daily stand-up meetings to track and remove roadblocks for the scrum team
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 2 – 4 years of related experience
- Knowledge of Agile Leadership; Agile Management; Agile Software Development; Agile Testing; Project Management; Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent workflow management tool
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Agile Practitioner, or equivalent certifications preferred
