About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and configure the Webflow site from approved designs, including responsive layouts across breakpoints
- Architect CMS collections for blog, resources, case studies, events, and product pages
- Migrate existing content with clean URL mapping and 301 redirects to protect SEO equity
- Implement on-page SEO fundamentals: metadata, schema markup, semantic structure, page speed optimization
- Set up form integrations with our marketing automation platform
- Configure analytics, tag management, and conversion tracking
- Execute pre-launch QA across browsers and devices, then support launch and post-launch fixes
- Document the build so our internal team can maintain it
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience with a portfolio of launched marketing websites
- Proven experience migrating websites, including redirect strategy, SEO preservation, and consolidation of multiple sites or brands into a single web property
- Strong command of Webflow CMS, interactions, custom code embeds (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), and Figma-to-Webflow workflows
- Experience integrating Webflow with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Pardot
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, site performance optimization, structured data, and emerging AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies
- Ability to work quickly, communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and proactively identify risks and dependencies
- Available for standing check-ins in the U.S. Eastern business hours.
