About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner directly with Sales teams to structure, review, and process customer quotes, pricing requests, renewals, and order forms
  • Support high-volume deal activity, managing approximately 10–15 active quotes and transactions simultaneously
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Sales leadership to facilitate timely deal approvals and execution
  • Coordinate contract review and redline processes between Sales and Legal teams
  • Review deals for pricing accuracy, margin considerations, discounting approvals, product bundling, and compliance with company policies
  • Assist Sales teams with strategic pricing recommendations, packaging, and commercial deal structures
  • Generate, update, and maintain quotes, opportunities, contracts, and supporting documentation within Salesforce
  • Support quote-to-cash operations and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and process automation
  • Ensure accuracy of customer, opportunity, and contract data across systems
  • Help maintain SLAs related to quote turnaround, approvals, and contract processing
  • Serve as a trusted operational resource to the Sales organization during active deal cycles and quarter-end activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Contracts Administration, Pricing Operations, or related commercial operations roles
  • Experience supporting SaaS, technology, IoT, subscription-based, or Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) organizations preferred
  • Strong experience working within Salesforce required
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud strongly preferred
  • Understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including quoting workflows, pricing structures, product bundling, renewals, and commercial contract processes
  • Experience supporting contract review, redline coordination, and deal approvals in partnership with Legal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple active quotes, transactions, renewals, and competing priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience supporting hardware + software bundled offerings or recurring revenue business models preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Operations teams
  • Experience working within high-growth or scaling organizations preferred
  • Familiarity with workflow optimization, approval processes, operational efficiencies, and quote-to-cash lifecycle management
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment supporting a national sales organization across multiple time zones
