About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the project pipeline and case flow.
- Provide technical guidance to inhouse consultants and external managed service teams.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and cases, from the initial planning and design to the implementation and support.
- Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
- Develop and customize objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers as needed.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support monthly release cycles and ensure timely delivery of cases and enhancements.
- Ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing optimization and support.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for new functionality.
- Act as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert within the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Platform Consultant, Administrator, or Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred).
- Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or any additional Salesforce certifications.
- Additional Skills: Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and transform large sets of data.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to listen to users, translate business needs into technical requirements, and explain solutions clearly.
- Willingness to share knowledge and support team members.
- Strong personal work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia (office + remote) during standard EST/EDT business hours.
