About the role

  • Manage the project pipeline and case flow.
  • Provide technical guidance to inhouse consultants and external managed service teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and cases, from the initial planning and design to the implementation and support.
  • Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
  • Develop and customize objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers as needed.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Support monthly release cycles and ensure timely delivery of cases and enhancements.
  • Ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
  • Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing optimization and support.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for new functionality.
  • Act as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert within the organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Platform Consultant, Administrator, or Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred).
  • Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or any additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Additional Skills: Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and transform large sets of data.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen to users, translate business needs into technical requirements, and explain solutions clearly.
  • Willingness to share knowledge and support team members.
  • Strong personal work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia (office + remote) during standard EST/EDT business hours.
