About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop system architectures for products that efficiently support multi-disciplinary use cases.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to develop system solutions.
  • Document system architectural solutions.
  • Support the development of use cases, requirements, and verification & validation protocols.
  • Review design documents for consistency with overall system requirements.
  • Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to ensure integration.
  • Troubleshoot system issues during development and deployed systems.
  • Mentor design engineers to develop systems-level understanding.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field.
  • At least 10 years of engineering experience, with recent emphasis in systems engineering preferred.
  • Experience developing and documenting system architectures and leading design teams.
  • A demonstrable track record of proactive change management.
  • Model Based Systems Engineering experience is desirable.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
