About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop system architectures for products that efficiently support multi-disciplinary use cases.
- Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to develop system solutions.
- Document system architectural solutions.
- Support the development of use cases, requirements, and verification & validation protocols.
- Review design documents for consistency with overall system requirements.
- Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to ensure integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues during development and deployed systems.
- Mentor design engineers to develop systems-level understanding.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field.
- At least 10 years of engineering experience, with recent emphasis in systems engineering preferred.
- Experience developing and documenting system architectures and leading design teams.
- A demonstrable track record of proactive change management.
- Model Based Systems Engineering experience is desirable.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
