About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop system architectures for products that efficiently support multi-disciplinary use cases.
Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to develop system solutions.
Document system architectural solutions.
Support the development of use cases, requirements, and verification & validation protocols.
Review design documents for consistency with overall system requirements.
Collaborate with software, firmware, and hardware teams to ensure integration.
Troubleshoot system issues during development and deployed systems.
Mentor design engineers to develop systems-level understanding.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in engineering or science field.
At least 10 years of engineering experience, with recent emphasis in systems engineering preferred.
Experience developing and documenting system architectures and leading design teams.
A demonstrable track record of proactive change management.
Model Based Systems Engineering experience is desirable.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
