About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices
Collaborate with customers to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment
Identify opportunities for product improvements and service enhancements
Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues
Complete all administration tasks on time, ensuring timely completion of documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline preferred
A strong understanding of a service operation
Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems
Experience with medical devices such as linear accelerators, MRI, CT, or similar modalities is an advantage
Excellent trouble-shooting skills
Comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously as required
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
