About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for Upright CT and Patient Positioning devices and other products
Interface with key customer contacts on equipment issues
Ensure satisfaction to primary customers
Maintain communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service reports and internal service records
Identify Sales opportunities and communicate to the sales team
Work as a team member to provide efficient and cost-effective service delivery
Complete all administration tasks on time
Teach and assist other Field Engineers on advanced and complex troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Electronics, Mechatronics, Software, etc.) preferred
Associate’s degree, technical/vocational training, military experience with electronics or relevant domain experience
A good understanding of a service operation
Good external customer-facing skills
Proven experience maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems
Experience with medical devices such as Linear accelerators, MRI, CT or similar modalities an advantage
Excellent trouble-shooting skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience working with Salesforce is beneficial
A valid driving license is required
Able to travel internationally.
