About the role
- Lead and develop a world-class team of Product Managers
- Define and drive the unified product vision
- Partner closely with engineering leadership
- Collaborate with Design and AI teams
- Establish and scale best-in-class product management processes
- Identify and validate new opportunities for Censys’ platform
- Represent Censys externally with customers and partners
- Measure success rigorously
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Proven success building and scaling enterprise SaaS or data platforms
- Deep understanding of Attack Surface Management (ASM)
- Strong technical acumen
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive strategy
- Track record of driving cross-functional alignment
- Excellent communicator
- Skilled at balancing strategy and execution
- Prior work in startups or high-growth SaaS environments
