About the role
- Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Sponsored Content, InMail, Google Ads)
- Build and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals
- Coordinate with designers and writers to produce high-quality content
- Define and refine ICPs (ideal customer profiles) and build segmented audiences
- Post regularly on LinkedIn and other platforms to boost engagement
- Promote thought leadership by amplifying key voices within Cenosco
- Track performance and continuously improve content and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in content or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and campaign targeting
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and iteration
- Bonus Points for Knowledge of Oil & Gas domain
- Experience with international campaigns and regional targeting
- Strong portfolio of LinkedIn content or thought leadership initiatives
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization
