About the role
- Lead annual budgeting processes, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP).
- Create complex financial models to simulate business scenarios, evaluate investment opportunities (ROI/NPV), and monitor KPIs.
- Compare actual results against budgets/forecasts, explaining discrepancies and identifying trends to senior management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and management dashboards.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers, align financial goals, and provide operational insights.
- Enhance reporting tools, automate workflows, and improve financial systems for better efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Business.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, macros, complex formulas) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and forecasting software (Cube, Anaplan, Hyperion)
- Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
- 1-3 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
