Lead annual budgeting processes, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning (LRP).
Create complex financial models to simulate business scenarios, evaluate investment opportunities (ROI/NPV), and monitor KPIs.
Compare actual results against budgets/forecasts, explaining discrepancies and identifying trends to senior management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages and management dashboards.
Collaborate with department heads to understand business drivers, align financial goals, and provide operational insights.
Enhance reporting tools, automate workflows, and improve financial systems for better efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Business.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, macros, complex formulas) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and forecasting software (Cube, Anaplan, Hyperion)
Strong ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
Ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
1-3 years in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
