About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage incoming leads, ensuring accurate qualification and timely follow-up
- Ensure accurate management of all accounts, opportunities, and customer records in Salesforce CRM
- Build, update, and maintain opportunities and sales pipeline visibility
- Support sales representatives in coordinating and scheduling customer visits
- Assist in the organization of events and support lead flow
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum C1 level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms
