About the role
- Identify, prospect, and convert new schools from competitors through insight-driven conversations
- Develop and implement a territory strategy focused on new logo acquisition and digital platform expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and implementation teams to design customer engagement strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer business objectives, student outcomes, and operational challenges
- Guide customers through digital onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting accuracy within Salesforce
- Represent Milady at industry events, trade shows, and virtual engagements to generate leads and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consultative or solution sales
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level and program decision-makers
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Some college coursework completed
- Ability to travel up to 20% for key customer meetings, events, or trade shows
- Associate’s Degree or higher preferred
- Experience in the Beauty & Wellness or Postsecondary Education industries preferred
