About the role
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business
- Implementing practices to ensure compliance with operational policies, objectives, and initiatives
- Executing HR activities with recruitment, interview coordination, employee onboarding and training
- Developing budget and ensuring financial and operational metrics are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 5 years experience in clinical research
- Experience managing clinical research staff
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerBI and Teams, preferred
