About the role
- Purchase products, negotiating and adhering to company-defined pricing, and conducting daily market price quotations;
- Negotiate and execute master agreements with key suppliers;
- Source and evaluate new product and service suppliers;
- Maintain pricing tables reflecting cost variations and the competitiveness of identical items in the market in which the company operates;
- Plan and define media channels - flyers, newspapers, TV, radio, and point-of-sale (POS) activities;
- Negotiate promotional offers and promotional investments;
- Monitor orders to ensure delivery within the established deadlines;
- Verify the quality and credibility of the product manufacturer to be procured;
- Prepare and analyze competitive comparison matrices with supplier proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Knowledge of the food retail sector;
- Knowledge of bakery products in the food retail segment.
