About the role

  • Develop and implement learning solutions by diagnosing needs, creating modern content, leveraging AI, authoring tools, and the LMS, and facilitating in-person, hybrid, and digital training sessions;
  • Act as an internal consultant to client areas by analyzing data and trends, engaging with leaders, monitoring KPIs, and proposing business-aligned solutions;
  • Ensure the currency and effectiveness of learning paths and programs by monitoring learner journeys, reviewing content, applying active methodologies (including 70/20/10), and measuring results;
  • Support the management of the Employee Climate Survey and the NPSI survey by conducting communications, collecting data, analyzing results, and assisting leaders in building action plans;
  • Manage KPIs and data governance for the area by consolidating large volumes of data, cross-referencing multiple sources, building dashboards in Excel/Power BI, organizing information in SharePoint, and translating numbers into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Administration, or related fields;
  • Knowledge in Instructional Design, learning methodologies, and learning tools;
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Canva;
  • Proficiency with course authoring tools;
  • Spanish.
