About the role

  • Develop business and drive media sales for advertising agencies and their clients;
  • Build and strengthen relationships with agencies, ensuring close collaboration and strategic alignment;
  • Sell trade marketing activations at the point of sale (POS), campaigns on e-commerce platforms, apps, CRM, and advertising inventory for DOOH;
  • Prepare strategic, customized commercial proposals, ensuring competitiveness and appeal for advertisers;
  • Oversee campaign execution and monitoring, ensuring correct delivery and performance analysis;
  • Propose new media solutions and formats to increase campaign effectiveness;
  • Analyze advertising market trends to ensure strategies are aligned with industry best practices and innovations;
  • Work with aggressive sales targets and a strong focus on results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
  • Solid experience in media, monetization of advertising spaces, and business development with agencies;
  • In-depth knowledge of performance campaigns, programmatic media, and trade marketing;
  • Strong proficiency in advertising market pitching and the ability to present strategic arguments;
  • Essential tools: Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint for proposals and presentations), Google Analytics, Meta Ads, DV360, sales CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
